Hmm, the side he leans to must be the side that has to remember how to deliver every line with the same unnatural tone and cadence.

He does it because he thinks it looks sexy, and he is kinda sexy for a small screen actor. Too bad he left NYPD Blue thinking he could make it on the big screen, lmao. He's not THAT sexy.
