When you see something or a thought of something (i.e a weird looking man on TV) or something which is weird or very out of the ordinary and very unusual, you get this disturbing feeling where you really stare, you shiver, you feel "pins and needles" in your head, it makes you repetitively look at it or think about it and it strongly lures your attention to it...and it makes you constantly wonder about it. Its not so disturbing when you have i.e music on, but it when everythings silent and the lights are off etc, gives more of that disturbing feeling? What is that feeling and why does it give you that feeling?

I think the best definition would be perterbed. Some say this is an annoying feeling, but it can also mean:

To disturb greatly; make uneasy or anxious.
To throw into great confusion.

Also, it sounds like you are just feeling disturbed in general. I know what you mean- sometimes I get almost the same exact feeling from certain things. I get this feeling whenever I see the rat at the fair scene in Charlotte's Web- it just disturbs me greatly and makes me feel weird-awkward-uncomfortable. Also, when I decided to see what this TubGirl thing was all about- DO NOT look it up!! You will be disturbed for like 2 weeks ><

What you are experiencing is something you see or experience and your mind and speech pattern have no words to define or categorize it. It left an impression upon you and you don't want to forget it, you want to know it, so it lingers within your mind until you categorize it for your own definition or forget it.
