The Net Neutrality Act: How Do You Feel?

Question

Basically it's an act that is in congress that will make people pay to get their sites to load faster. Obviously, this favors larger companies who have more money. For example, if you have a blog, your blog may take forever to load while CNN's site will be like changing the channel on TV.

Personally I think it sounds pretty stupid.
