Anyone give me a link from a program so I can hear whats coming from the mic through the speakers in real time

For instance speak into the mic and hear my voice right away. My sound card on my laptop doesn't automatically do it like my desktop, so is there a program I can download? Or a way to enable it?

You should be able to tweak your soundcard mixer to do this for you:
