My best friend in the whole world like had a big fight with her mom and she ran away I know where she but her mom does'nt. She asked me not to tell. What should I do.

well it depends how old your friend is first of all.... But your friend cant be living on the streets or anything like that because BAD things will happen to her.... If she is staying with a family member or at a friends house somewhere safe where she is being looked after I dont think you should get involved its between your friend and her mum then, but if she is in ANY danger then yes you have to tell her mum or someone who can do something to help her... I have a friend who left home coz he did drugs and his mum found out and he has been sleeping in the streets for like a week now, and he is getting sick because he is exposed to the weather and gets hardly any sleep because he is too scared to go to sleep... And another friend got kicked out and has been living in her car and using a towel for a blanket... Its not a good life, trust me.... Then again it depends what the fight was a bout, and if our friend was in danger there then she is better off living with someone else who can look after her.... I hope this gets sorted, good luck...

Tell her mom right away. So many things can happen to a young girl out on her own. I know because I was that runaway girl 30 years ago. I almost got raped by some guy that I thought was my friend. She might hate you at first but she'll get over it

Definitly tell her mom she could get hurt or even killed if shes at a bad location. She could be beaten and raped then killed by some freak on the streets. I'd rather be grounded then dead., wouldn't you?

tell her mom......in some cases breaking a promise shows you are a true friend and that you care about someone....it may not seem like it now but if you tell her mom in the future your friend will know that you did it because you care about her...
