Neji is cooler! Gaara is too weird. Especially during the Chuunin exams when he was saying "Im a good boy arent i mother". That gave me nightmares.

Both of them got the similarity; quiet, cold, weird, hot-tempered & surprised by Naruto's sincerity.
I think Gaara is more cooler. Hes kinda using his telekinetic power to control the sand. Less movement needed. :)

you got to be kidding me neji is so much more cooler especially in shippuuden.his outfit is much cooler and he is one of the few to become jounin.

they both look gay but i choose garra because he has the shukaku inside of him and he has better moves plus he is at a higher rank then neji but overall ilike sasuke because he can use dark chidorri
