I know one has to be a little bit loonie (no relationship to the Canadian dollar) to get on the Dr. Phil Show, but how exactly does one get the attention of the producers for the Oprah Show? I have a suggestion for a show idea, which will cause the Oprah Show to fly off the charts. I do not want to just post it on the Show's website, I want to directly submit it to someone who can respond directly to me. So does anyone have an inside position on this matter?

After this school thing, a lot of ppl do not watch her anymore so why bother.

Get a lawyer. Have him draw up a non-competition, non-disclosure agreement regarding the idea and send it by messenger to Oprah herself. Explain the idea in a general way, such as, it's about cooking, it's a cure for a really bad problem you are working on, etc. Not specific until she signs the agreement, which includes a clause about you getting on the show and getting credit for the idea. They may or may not agree, but it's your best shot.
