Computer History.?

Question

Does PC computer keep a log of everything you do? Like, looked at a CD at 3:45; opeed internet at 4:00.

If your computer does have one how do you access it?

it does keep a record of sorts, not so you would understand and some files it wont let you see, most it will, if you clean temp files and defrag reg, most will be writen over.
