I just told someone what i thought was a simple lie to get out of something. i thought it was so easy and wouldn't hurt anyone's feelings.
okay i've learned my lesson about lying. now all i can think about is if that person finds out or how now i have to watch what i say because i lied. can you help me??? what are some lame ways i can get out of this or even expose the truth with some lame excuse

correct it as soon as possible by telling your friend that you lied and that you regret it......
defenitely dont try to hide it any longer, lies only build up on each other like a snowball down a mountain.

just be straight foward and as long as you show that you truly regret having lied it wont be a problem

You can always correct it by telling the truth, Its better late than never. Truth never hurts. Nothing to be ashamed of telling truth. You will be surprised how peaceful your mind will be once you tell the truth. There is no need to give lame excuse, better tell truth as a correction.

Apologize, and tell the truth to the person you lied to.

The first thing that you can do is tell your friend that you lied and explain why~!There is no reason to feel guilt,just next time be honest!!!!Good luck~!

just tell the truth and if they are a real friend, it make time but they will understand
