Nothing. I did my own "emblishing" of my daughter's baby clothes when she was small. I embroidered tee shirts, diaper covers, onesies...Now that she is 21, she can tye dye her on onesie if she wants one.

if it says something really cute on it up to $20. just plain, up to $10, shoot u can make a plain one. i'd be real cute to put something like "flower child" across the front.

i wouldnt pay for it, it'd be much more fun to go to an arts & crafts store, buy the dye (cheap) and do it myself

i'd pay nothing. when my kids wore onsies, i made my own.
you can get dye at the grocery store and use rubber bands or make knots....its easy.
