Did Phi Beta Lambda get started by any Zeta's ?

I was told that Phi BetaLambdawas started by Zetas and i wanted to know....

Phi Beta Lambda was a spin off sorority, so it got started by would be Zeta's who started their own Sorority and took Zeta members who were unhappy with the orgainzation into Lambda.
