Texas, Oklahoma, North Carolina, South Carolina, Virginia, Tennessee, Georgia, Alabama, Florida, Mississippi, Kentucky, Louisiana, and Arkansas.
In MY order: Defining Southern hospitality are...
1. TEXAS! We always top out, we're the friendly state!
2. Mississippi...a.k.a. "The Hospitality State."
3. Georgia (outside Atlanta)
4. Tennessee
5. Louisiana
6. Oklahoma
7. South Carolina
8. Alabama
9. North Carolina
10. Arkansas
The Southern states that are rude (defying Southern hospitality)
11. Kentucky
12. Virginia
13. Florida

I think all Southern states are losing their friendliness because of the influx of northerners in the last few years, everywhere you go around Charleston, SC you hear yankee accents. However I will rank them as follows:
1.Texas (although not including Dallas or Houston)
2. Mississippi
3. Alabama
4. Louisiana
5. South Carolina
6. North Carolina
7. Georgia
8. Arkansas
9. Tennessee
10. Virginia
11. Kentucky
12. Oklahoma
13.Florida(friendly only in the parts that are still southern)

I'd shuffle the first five a little bit. Georgia, Louisiana, Mississippi, Tennessee, Texas. But after that I'd agree. I loved how you put in parenthesis outside Atlanta with Georgia. Atlanta almost ruined the whole state for me but I spent most of my time down there outside of that dreaded place.
And right on with 11-13. Don't like going there one bit. Kentucky should be banished from the South. You'd think you're in a dirty New York.

a million Wisconsin, 2 Texas 3 washington 4 florida, 5 tennessee 6 wyoming 7 kentucky 8 georgia 9 ny ( I absolutely have in effortless words been in ny city and it became undesirable and dirty i'm able to't communicate for some thing of the state.
