What happens if an exhusband who has a court order to pay alimony for 15 years stops sending the payments week after week just simply because he desided not to.There is nothing to explain this action oder that he just desided not to.What can happen?

Why are you still leeching off him, try getting a job and supporting yourself.

You can easily file a police report for failure to pay child support, and or violation of a court order. You can have him charged criminally and than sue him civilly as well.

You can get a court order to have his pay garnished and he will have to continue paying until he is caught up.
