Are Cagalli and Athrun ever going to get back together in Gundam Seed/Destiny ?Hopefully yes!?

I'm a big fan but after watching Destiny you just wonder So are they?They really deserve each other! Yuuna's dead Lacus is with Kira Meyrin is in PLANT Meer's dead and Lunmaria has Shinn So they all are out plus Athrun's in ORB with Cagalli So they have to end up with each other right? I'm just trying to make sure so I can rest easy. Please awnser!!!!!!!

If they ever make an Ova or something after Destiny, then I'm sure that they will be together...It's the only Human/Cord. relationship, so it would be adorable if they both rule orb....Lacus and kira rule Plant, and earth...well whoever is left will rule it.
This is the only relationship in GS/GSD that Io actually like, and that actually makes sense..

I think Athrun is totally in love with Cagalli and have you seen the episode where he was gazing at Cagalli while they she making a short speech in front of the Archangel and that's a big hint that he still loves her! One thing I noticed was that Meyrin was walking behind Athrun yet Shinn and Luna were walking side-by-side. That to me somewhat signifies that Athrun is not in a relationship with Meyrin. Also Cagalli put back on his ring so they're still in love! They will get back together I'm sure! Asucaga forever!

There is a huge possibility. According to the voice actor interview in Newtype Japan's (March 2007) issue, Souichiro Hoshi (Kira's voice actor) said it is implied that Cagalli and Athrun are together, after all why would they be together in Orb. On Akira Ishida's (Athrun's VA) side, he thinks that it is unlikely that they returned to the lovers status cause it might interfere with Cagalli's job. Hmmmm...rather mixed comments...

The only thing that would really clear out our questions would be the upcoming Seed movie. Apparently everyone is silent about it. Damn...
