I am 13 wks pregant as well. I got morning sickness before even taking the pregnancy test which was about the first wk of pregant. If you are 13 wks already and didn't get morning sickness than your chance of getting it is pretty slim. Lucky you! Morning sickness is the worst feeling anyone could get. I read what to expect when expecting and they said morning sickness should go away after 15 wks, although some people may have it through out the 9 months of pregnancy. Congrats to you.

I've read that morning sickness usually begins about 3-4 months. I am barely 7 weeks and I've already started. With my first baby I didn't begin until about 12 weeks. It's different with everyone. But just remember no matter how bad you hate that morning sickness remember that its caused by the hormones which make your baby healthy! I found out what I was having with my first at 20 weeks, which is the norm. But I've heard you can sometimes tell as soon as 16 weeks.

I had my morning sickness start around 8 weeks and I'm 23 weeks now still suffering with it :( Everyone is different. It sounds like you may be in the clear, but I wouldn't count your chickens just yet lol You may get it at any time, or you may never get it. Hopefully you don't because I wouldn't wish it on anyone!
Usually around 18-20 weeks they can clearly tell what you're having at your ultrasound. Also, I wasn't able to find out what I was having because the hospital wouldn't let me :( Man what a hard time Im having lol. Anyway, hope this info was helpful!
Best of luck with your little one

At 13 weeks, you ought to be right on the tail end of morning sickness should you be going to get it. Most women get it as a first indicator of their pregnancy, right through until 12-18 weeks. It varies from woman to woman, of course; not every one gets it, and some don't experience it within the normal time frame. But it's pretty safe to say that you're likely one of the lucky ones that won't get it at all :)

Just as a note, I personally had strong morning sickness up until about 16 weeks in both of my pregnancies, which settled into just an aversion to certain smells and nausea should I not keep something in my stomach at all times. For my first pregnancy this lasted from the 16 week mark until birth, and it looks to be repeating itself for my current pregnancy.

For the morning sickness, everyone is different. Some have it in the first few months, some have it towards the end of their pregnancy. *some dont even have it*

and you can find out the sex of your baby at 16-20 weeks *4-5 months*.

I had no morning sickness with any of my pregnancies (a fact which many friends have cursed time and again). You might not develop the condition at all. Usually, if you do get it, you'll have it by the 14th week.

Also, most doctors like to wait until after 18 weeks to attempt to determine gender--most will wait until after you're 20 weeks, or halfway through your pregnancy, to administer that ultrasound--the further along you are, the more likely any birth defects can be detected using ultrasound.

You may be lucky enough to not get morning sickness at all. Sex can be determined after 16 weeks, and should be able to find out at your 20 week US.

If you are at 13 weeks, you most likely will not get it. I didnt have it with either of my pregnancies but it is common not to in our family. However, I did find that in my current pregnancy (due May), I get kinda barfy after I brush my teeth but that didnt start until 6months. Be glad you may not get morning sickness. I've heard from ALOT of moms that it is HELL!!
