First are you a bisexual or a bicurious person? Bicurious folks want to date a member of the same sex as an experiment (or vice-versa, could be a gay person who messes around with a straight person for the same reason).
If you are a "true" bisexual, gender is irrelevant when it comes to attraction. You can choose to date both to see who you "click" with more (similar to how a straight or gay person would date two+ people) and then pursue a relationship with that person. Ignore people who assume you are confused or think that you just want to carry on a relationship with two people at the same time, or are just looking for a threesome. Sexuality is on a continuum. Some people are strictly straight, others strictly gay.; Most people fall somewhere in the middle.
Kudos to you for choosing to embrace your sexuality despite being discriminated against or judged by those on the extreme ends of the spectrum.

I TRULY believe from seeing it happen too many times - you should make it known to your partners that you will be poygamous or monogamous. The ONLY chance bisexuals have at forming relationships is to be clear about that from the beginning. If you intend to be with both, then go flirt and be clear about your intentions. Most bisexuals don't like both sexes equally, so just focus more on whomever you are more interested in. You can't really have both if you want to be in a serious relationship, but you might be able to date both as long as you don't lie to anyone about seeing other people on a less serious level.

Pick which ever one makes you the most comfortable..as well as who excites you the most!
I've always felt more attracted to females, but I've had the occassionally fofilling relationship with the right guys too....just more often women. My partner of the past ten plus years has been the most wonderful woman I could ever ask for!

Well, whomever you are attracted to the most. Meaning that it may be one gender one week and the other gender the next or for only two days. You would flirt with whomever you are attracted to.

Flirt with whoever you like more! Honestly, if it's really an equal toss-up, I say go with funny. But then again, that's just me- I really value humor.
