and should you use a special sensitive soap?

It was said best on the Oprah show about a week or so ago.......The vagina is like a self cleaning oven. Therefore, you dont have to clean inside it.

You do not need to wash your vagina! What you're suggesting would be douching, not necessary. Your parts do good job on their own. By meddling with your body's natual process you will expose your self to a higher risk of yeast infections. Just wash the external area with a regular soap or something like Dove or Ivory.

It cleans itself out. You don't have to wash inside.

Just wash the OUTSIDE.

Putting anything inside there (including douche) will make you get an infection there because it will screw up the natural cleaning process.

anytime u shower or bathe its gets washed out.....when water is down there it gets clean. Do not wash w/ any type of soap directly down there....around it but not in there..i heard that is not good. i use summer eve's sensitive feminine wash.
