Wierd as it may seem, our noses and ears continue to grow as we get older. If your nose got bigger quickly, it could be sinus congestion. If the tip is getting bigger, you could have rosacia. It is that skin condition that made WC Fields' nose so big and red. Most other forms of nose growth have to do with trauma. Also, if you have gained weight over your whole body, your nose can get bigger too. If you think it's rosacia, see your doctor. there are creams to keep inflammation to a minimum. Hope this helps!

Technically yes. But it will be VERY minimal and completely undetectable and it will not be in the form of fat.. i think you know what i mean here.
