Absolutely not. My team is the Atlanta Thrashers. While they have been in first place pretty much all season long....they have now relinquished it and are in danger of one of the biggest collapses in the last 10 years!!!

i've got suggested it in the previous and that i will say it back: no participant, team, us of a, etc. 'merits' or is entitled to the Stanley Cup. in case you have been to ask what team desires to win the Stanley Cup, then i could assist you to already realize it quite is a team that has under no circumstances won the Stanley Cup in the previous, with the communities that have been around the longest without Cup victories having the main necessity. That being suggested, i think of la desires to win the Cup the main provided that they have been around provided that 1967 and characteristic under no circumstances won the Cup on an identical time as quickly as. the closest they have ever come to triumphing the Cup replaced into in 1993, which replaced into the only time they have ever appeared in the Finals. Montreal won that sequence 4 video games to a million.

Britney Spears has a better chance of winning the "Mother of the Year" award than my team has of winning the Stanley Cup.

Well I'm a Bruins fan, and although they've made some major strides this year, the playoffs are a longshot at best.

It's a shame, really. They're four games over .500, which isn't to bad, and they're not even close to the 8th spot.

Where's Joe Thornton when I need him???
Can Cam Neely and Ray Bourque come out of retirement???

My team is the San Jose Sharks and I believe the Sharks are gonna win the Stanley Cup this year! We have a solid team with one of the best powerplays and one of the best 1-2 punch players in Marleau and Thornton. We have 2 starting goaltenders in Nabby and Vesa. We have depth, youth and size. We're in a small losing streak right now, but we'll put it all together and make a run for the division and conference lead real soon. And next year....watch out for Devon Setoguchi!

Love the Capitals! Mathematically, they are still in contention for the Cup; IF they win every game for the rest of the season. Realistically, no way. But gotta root for the home team!!

Blackhawks have got NO chance at all. If they sign some players and make some trades in the offseason, we might actually make it to the playoffs. But that probably won't happen since "Dollar Bill" Wirtz is our owner and he wouldn't spend a dime on anyone unless their name was Broduer, Crosby or Ovechkin.

Flyers...no, no, no. Not only won't they win the Cup, they aren't even going to be close to making the playoffs. Had you asked me at the onset of the season it would have been a resounding, "YES!" but now it's just looking forward to a good draft and next year.

Nope. The Habs won't win the cup this year. Let the other teams wins. They already have 24.

Well, yes, the Canes do have a shot, but it's a long one. We should make the playoffs, and may crack round 2 or even 3 depending on who we play, but I don't think we're going to make it to the finals again this year.

of course, anybody can make it once in the playoffs, so who knows?
