i have been involved with outsourcing to both and we had better luck with Filipinos. Better attitudes and willingness to work. Overall better English skills as well.

Neither. I had an Indian customer service person when I was dealing with my cable company and she COMPLETELY screwed up my order and shipped my equipment to the wrong state because she didn't understand me or take the time to process what I was telling her. GERRRR

But i heard Indians are the best in the IT and call ctr world. Nvr heard of Phillipines though.

According to the big telephone companies who have call centers in Asia. Its whoever will work the cheapest, they don't care about the quality, they care about the bottom line.
