God & my faith

Although I can't classify myself as a book nerd especially since I have such a hard time with reading comprehension ;) I do find some solace at bookstores and/or the library. It's typically quiet, and I find it cathartic. This is, of course, if the person is relatively in control of themselves and doesn't seem so erratic on the outside :)

I also like to journal when feeling kinda crazy, if you will. I do have anxiety and depression along with obsessive-compulsive disorder (ocd) and take prozac weekly (3x a week due to ocd) and received cognitive-behavioral therapy many years ago which helped tremendously with ocd symptoms. So I'm not self-diagnosing or anything that can be dangerous like that.

If you have trouble keeping focused on a regular basis and feel 'insane' frequently, perhaps seeing a therapist is a good idea if you aren't already. Please take good care of yourself and be kind to yourself. Having a support system is great when needing a sounding board too.

Who says I'm sane. I don't suffer from insanity, I enjoy every minute of it.

I'm just usually oblivious to things going on around me. I have my own little world where I'm happy.

Nothing because it was usually me that brought on the craziness. I'm the crazy friend.
