Was Anna Nicole Smith in her right mind to make the will??

Question

why doesnt the judges consider getting a doctor to figure out if anna nicole could have been in her right mind when she made her will and when she made the tape of how much she hated her mom . since she was all strung out on drugs would they be able to figure that out by looking at how many drugs she was taking and what kind? instead of asking Howard Stern who has so much to gain from lying and saying she was in her right mind..

I don't think a doctor could really determine what state of mind she was in just by looking at her, or hearing the way she talked. They could just say in their opinion, but in order to make an actual ruling on it, they would have to psychically be there with her and do testing. In my opinion when she did the interview about how she hated her mother, i dont think she was severely drugged out, she might have been on antidepressants because the death of her sun, but i dont think she was strung out on them at the time. She talked just fine to me, but she was extremely angry at her mother for making those comments about her supposedly killing her own son.
