yes, but you have to complete offers or get referrals in order to get the ps3. the best site that i found and got my ps3 for free is
http://www.YourPS34free.com/index.php?ref=3770638

here is how i did it

Directions
1.click on my link
2.pick the ps3 you want, in the sign up box type in your email and sign up
3.fill in all the required information to create a account, click continue
4.pick referral account do not pick points account because you have to sign up with multiple offers with the point account, click continue
5.complete one offer listed below I recommend blockbuster or gamefly because they only cost 9.95 and they are instant offers.
6. on the top of the screen there is a progress tab, under your referral link there is a link
7.copy and past in on forms and blogs and wait for your referrals to arrive.
8.after you get enough referrals click on rewards tab and click order.

they should because if not, its false advertising and thats illegal. youll probably get ur ps3, but there is alot involved. most of the time, u have to subscribe to something, then get 10 other people to do the same thing. then eventually, youll get ur ps3.

Then sign up for a cheap offer, and find people(on the internet or friends) and get them to do the same

No I am afraid they are scams. They just want your info for id theft. They have no intention of giving away anything of value.
