As we welcome the dawn of a new millennium, the time has come to update and clarify the terms we use as researchers to describe and classify sightings of UFO's.

All during the nineties, and especially in the last year or two, we have seen a dramatic increase in new and different kinds of objects captured on amateur and professional video tape.

And yet our language has not progressed enough to keep up with the increased number and diversity of UFO's caught on tape. We are still using vague "old" terms to describe a variety of new and sometimes subtle differences in UFO sightings.

Credit for this timely proposal must go to Barry Taylor, (Australian Independent UFO Researcher and Skywatcher) who has recently captured UFO "clusters" on video, that defy description by currently misused terms. Visit Barry's Homepage to see stills of the new true "cluster" UFO's.

Further down it states the different names use to id ufos.

9) CLUSTERS Multiple single objects, with NO noticeable space between objects and grouped so closely together that they appear like a "bunch of grapes" or "frogs eggs", even balloons tied together, and move together as a 'tight unit.' The objects within these 'clusters' constantly 'roll and tumble' around one another
