Fentanyl Citrate also called "China White" is three time more powerful than heroin. This is described as a designer drug. It is used the same way as heroin and has caused a number of deaths among addicts.

Fentanyl is a stronger version of heroin-for someone who has never taken heroin before this may be too strong for the system. Also it is highly addictive. Hope this helps.
