Should your greenhouse plastic get a tear in it, don´t bother fretting over not having greenhouse tape. The clear tape that you can buy for sealing packages will work just fine and you can usually find it at any local store.

Sheathing tape (Tuck Tape is a popular brand)
Its used for sealing vapour barrier in construction. It's permanent, weatherproof and strong. Go to a big hardware or building supply store and you'll find it.
Only disadvantage is it's usually red.

Check with the people that sell the cover you have. I am sure they will come up with an answer. if not get some sort of patch and glue that is not softened by heat..Patch inside and outside. Do not use rubber contact cement it is affected by heat. I dont know about epoxy..

tyvac tape, its red and builders use it to seal up the poly vapor barrier. its expensive but it is great tape.

get one of those hand held sewing machines and sew it back together or sew a patch using some excess material from an edge.

you can try superglue if its tiny rip.
got big rips if temporary fix try tape... or get a patch...
