I never let people control me that much. I like to keep the conversation in neutral. If I know the person I will figure out when a power quest forms. If you are referring to a person that is just very interesting I can admire a unique personality with out being totally captured.

once there was a person who played a sick joke on me because she was obbessed with me and couldn't accept the fact that i was not her type and at the time too young for her...(her sick joke was pretending to be my high school girlfriend just so i'd come over to her house and make out with her. it backfired because i have caller id on my home and cell phone...)
