you should go to a sprint store near you they can take you number off the old phone and put it on the new phone.

Either go to the sprint store or if you are signed onto an online account, you can do it at the website. you'll take the battery out and enter the numbers under the battery

First Off, Sprint PCS is a very bad company. The best company would have to be Verizon Wireless because of the reliability, service, and phones. I would try to give it back to the person that owns it and if you dont feel like doing that, then I would go to the Sprint/Nextel store to ask them. It will cost you to switch because you are affecting your plan. Good Luck (AND SWITCH TO VERIZON WIRELESS!)

do you have sim card.. you just have switch from the old to the new one.. My parents have t-mobie and all they have to do is switch they sims card over.. and it works..
You talking about phone right now.... or u can search for more information on they web site
