I'm a little out of my league here, but......

1. I think you CAN get a job as a flight attendent without a passport; provided you have a green card or whatever the necessary documents are (and a passport from whatever country you're from). The airline I work for has PILOTS who don't necessarily have US Passports.
2. Tough to say. You'll have to make the leap. Which of those job best prepares you to deal with irate passengers as well as evacuating a burning airplane after a crash landing?
3. Most airlines won't help you find a place to live. BUT, the beauty of working for an airline as a crew member is you can commute! ....if you want to (it takes it's toll after awhile). The airline I work for has some flight crew members (albeit a VERY FEW) that commutes to the Unites States from Mexico to work!!!!!!

1) It is my understanding that you have to be a US citizen to attend training. My airline made us prove our citizenship the very first day we reported to training. We had to have our passport in our hands prior to graduation.
2) Any type of a job involving the public is great- especially working in restaurants and teachers
3) As far as relocation- well I live 1500 miles from my base- I live in Florida and fly out of New York so there is no say in how far you live- although I do have a crashpad in NYC so I guess technically I live in base. And the airline may give you a hotel room (for us we got 10 days) in your base so you can find a place to live- but they do not assist you in money or moving your belongings.
