That is the New Age Outlaws theme music. They were in the WWF, not WCW.

That's "Oh, You Didn't Know?" the old theme of the New Age Outlaws (Voodoo Kin Mafia in TNA nowadays). It's on "The Attitude Era" portion of the WWE Anthology CD.
