My partner and I find other "activities" that we enjoy much more enjoyable and find that the actual act of intercourse can be somewhat less satisfying. I would just worry that we are not being healthy both to ourselves and our relationship. Feedback?

not wanting sex may be a sign of depression or medical issues. but if these are not the case, then i'd say there's nothing wrong with avoiding sexual activities.. as long as you are both happy.

if you don't enjoy intercourse, try other sexual things, or at least physical things.. hugging, kissing, cuddling, sexual touching, oral.. it's imporant that you are still able to express and enjoy love with each other

Yes it's healthy!
Just because your not having it anymore or any less shouldn't mater. It's what makes you happy and both satisfied with that decision.
OK NO PROBLEM
You just find pleasure to be of greater interest elsewhere at the time being. Beside where is it written must have everyday twice on Sunday?
Just enjoy yourselves and stop worrying. Your healthy and happy.
No crime in that!

If having sex makes you happy, go for it! I would suggest finding out if he is just trying to deny your feelings; a bad sign for the relationship. I would suggest talking to him. Communication is key.

However, I really don't see an actual progressing relationship without some kind of intimacy going on.

Best of luck!

Jade, it depends on the couple and the stage of life they are in (no matter if we are talking about a homosexual or heterosexual couple here). You do what makes you and your partner happy and what enriches your relationship.

Sounds great to me! Go for whatever you both agree on.
