if you've had trauma and are urinating blood i would go to the ER (or to an urgent care facility). i'm not sure how hard you hit the box or the nature of the fall... it is likely that it's your kidney, but you want to make sure you're not bleeding internally or the damage isn't severe.

Let's put this in prospective....

You had a blunt trauma into your stomach where it hold all sorts of vital organ. You are urinating blood - that means blood is leaking into your bladder from somewhere.

If you punctured something, you have only few hours before it become very critical. I'd strongly suggest you go to ER immediately, and if possible DO NOT drive. Let someone drive for you.

Your body is trying to tell you that this is not normal and needs to be checked out by a professioal. Either call a doctor or go to the ER!

Go to ER, now and have it checked out. It could be serious, if not that will put your mind at ease.

yeah go to the hospital, rather be safe than sorry, if it is your kidneys then that could cause long term damage, just go ahead and go for your own sake, it could even be your bladder.

Go and see your doctor. You may be suffering from internal bleeding.
