Try working in a darkroom some time. You will find that you cannot see in true dark.

But you can see with remarkably little light.
I was walking a dirt road about 40 years ago om a very cloudy and moonless night. I had no light source other than the cigarette I was smoking. I noticed that when I would draw air through the cigarette, I could see the ground in the reddish glow of it.

I made it 8 miles to my destination, chain-smoking for light. This let me keep to the center of the road, and see which way the rattle snakes went when I came across them (twice).

of course u can..
bcoz ur eyes star developing a strenght that enable u to see in dark..thus with the help of a kind of faint light u can see the things around...

another thing is that, if u know the place of the person u want to see in dark that is is familiar to u itz easy to see that...

You can if you cover your eyes for about 15 minutes and then enter a dark place without exposing your eyes to any light.

No. It doesn't matter because I'm not scared of the dark or the Grim Reaper. Your not the only one who has a scythe. Mine is a 64 Excaliber with rotating blades. It slices and dices with hatred.
Lol....just kiddin'....wait....no I'm not!
