Which one? The one who was singing (and looking totally hot) was Brandon Urie. The was who was playing the groom was Daniel Issac (beautiful eyes). The band consisted of Spencer, Ryan (cutie), and I think Jon.

The guy gettin married is Daniel Isaac. Other people answered him as Brendon Urie but no hes the one in the big hat and the cane and red suit. He is cute, But not as cute as Brendon....lol email me to if your a re panic fan.

it wasn't brendon like the other people answered. brendon was the guy with the top hat and red coat with the cane. but when it comes to the part when he and the groom bowed after that part, the guy getting married is the one wearing the red coat. i tried looking for the making of i write sins not tradegies video on you tube, but i can't find it sorry.
on 2:45 that wasn't brendon anymore. its the groom.

i'm not sure but that guy is so freaken hotttt....i'd sure like a piece of what he's carrying....he blows my mind...people tell me that its Brandon or whatever his name is...but it doesn't really look like him.....i did some reseach on google...his name is Daniel Isaac....pretty damn cute if you ask me....grrrr
