They allowed India to arm itself, Israel is now denieing sending spies from Eqypt into Turkey and got caught, is this part of the plot for the bush regime? Israel is loaded to the teeth with Nukes, I do not trust them any more or less than anyone else in this world. Bush and Cheaney need to take responsibility for their own blunders and fess up to the world.

Because they don't have the guts to admit that THEY were wrong! Isreal is at the heart of all of our problems, what have they done for the US? Iranian people are not any different than the US people.

I completely agree which incorporate your view..definitely Saudis are abetting Sunnis in Iraq to accomplish insurgency against Us troops....Ignorant or willfully ignoring the fact,it keeps blaming Iran for the quagmire and additionally paving the thank you to a clean conflict which will have far extra effects returned in US....What to do..Saudis are helping US( and its producing surplus potential and that supplies your answer)..in assessment to Saudi, Iran is barely producing nukes to be utilized in civilian sectors and US which has have been given the extensive stash of nukes won't be able to stand yet another nuke means arising...

Iran has certainly played a role in the insurgency in Iraq. It is not in Iran's interests to have a democratic nation friendly to the US on their borders. And, the difference between Iran and Israel regarding nukes is that Israeli nukes won't ever be aimed at us (unless they fall into jihadi hands).

Actually, the Bush administration has recently backed away from that claim due to lack of evidence. Go figure...they have been telling us things they are unsure of since before the war. It usually turns out to be wrong, such as that there was "a link between Al-Qaeda and Saddam".

I dont think they want a war, unless there is more than just words spoken.Iran just wants to be heard. And maybe that is their way of getting the worlds attention.Now that rumi is out of the picture they will base their decisions on factual evidence and Gates seems to know alot more about conflict than rumi.rumi was sociopathic and was obsessed with war.

I suppose it has something to do with the threats Iran made towards the US. I say if Iran wants nukes let them have them but point out what would happen if they were to ever use them.

iran has funded terrorist groups which exist in iraq today. in otherwords, unexpected forces are in iraq do to iran
