any workout ideas, that arent too time consuming?

Work on your shot, Hit a puck against a wall if you have to (this takes little time). Your wrist shot and slap shot have to be as natural as breathing Just as a basketball player practices free throws for hours on end and a baseball player practices hitting/fielding for hours a hockey player has to spend endless hours mastering his/her shot.
Endurance/speed might be another area to look at. An increase in these will help both your offensive and defensive game. Jogs 15mins - to an hour might help with this aspect of your game if that is an issue.

I say...wrists are mighty important that are often overlooked. sure leg muscles too, but strong wrist allow for quicker snap shots.

squats are always good, cleans, any kind of explosive leg movements.
