Certain music captures human emotions more than others. Especially foriegn songs even though we don't know what they are saying...Whys is it that we can't always talk with the emotions we hear in songs??

If the singer is good about showing emotions, you will feel it in the song. Also, songs that are sung in the "romance languages" will be especially emotional. Sometimes the tune and beat is really catcy

Sometimes, we can just relate to the words and they are really moving and a great song to listen to. There are songs that I can listen to and close my eyes. I can recall my favorite memories. And I smile.

some composers argue whether the key signiture matters when writing a score. those who do may feel that

c major is associated with writing love songs that have happy connotations

a minor (c major's relative minor) is assciated with bitter-sweet love stories

a major is jazzy

g major is grand and expansive

... a reason for this could be because many songs have been repetively written with the same meaning in the same key, then over years and years of hearing it, we (nearly innately) understand the feel of all the technical jargon that composers know (circle progressions, ect..)
