I think Colin Powell said it best: It is not anti-semitic to criticize Israel.
If jews cannot stand to be criticized then they should change their conduct.

Hear, hear. I'm sick and tired of Jews overplaying the victim card from 60 years ago - enough already, they weren't the only group targeted by the Nazis.

I'm also sick and tired of our government propping up their pissant little country that treats their Arab citizens no better than we did black americans not that long ago - never mind how our knee-jerk support of Israel only creates more and more resentment in the Arab world. Those chickens have already begun to come home to roost, and the future looks even scarier.

It's not. However the confusion comes because the criticism leveled at Israel is so varied. There are indeed some people who deny the right of a country to even exist in the first place. With an atmosphere like that, I suppose it is hard to not take all criticism a little more harshly. If any group has the right to be paranoid, its definitely the Jews.

As a recent example, I supported Israel's movement into Lebanon over the summer of last year. When the started bombing major parts of cities and it looked like it was about to turn into a full scale invasion, I began being more critical. It was one thing to rid the boarder of terrorist encampments, but another thing all together to push farther north.

What, so you feel that it is impposible for ANY critisim of Israel to be anti semetic?
If you do, then you have given every anti semite a wonderful opportunity. They can express their anti semetism through anti Zionism and they can't possibly be considered anti semetic, right?

And when Jews point out the obvious, namely that it is anti semetic, people like you step in to say trite things such as "If jews cannot stand to be criticized then they should change their conduct."
