Ask him out and end the torment. The worst thing that can happen is he says no, but that would be better than waiting for him to notice you. Life is short.

you could talk to him bout it. i kno its going to be a little akward, but still you might want to try it if u feel that its the right time.
i think that it all depends on what u guyys do. like:

My advice is to ask him flat out if he likes you as a friend or more. Chances are he likes you too but is too scared to say anything.
