Think about it like this. You could be an unsung hero in some childs life. Just like a gaurdian angel. Just do the right thing.

Personally, sex offenders should be medically altered to necessitate the use of a machine to pee for the rest of their natural life. If, at the end of their natural life (assuming 72 yrs or so) then the offender may have the option to remove the bag, and suffer the consequences of doing so (death!)

YES they should be red-flagged. Too many parents have no idea who their kids are talking to or what sites they're going to.

If you know this person is a sex offender and he is on Yahoo 360, then you should report him to the Police, especially if the sex offender has been told that he cannot have any access to the internet.

Yup..I am a firm believer in all countries, provinces and states having a sex registry..and YES..HE SHOULD BE RED FLAGGED..unfortunately..the old saying..first offence..consequence...doesn`t seem to be in any law books. I also think that if I knew that for sure..I would do anything possible to eliminate him..think of the vics

Were it up to me, most of these offenders would be so old by the time they got out of prison that it wouldn't matter.
