Thinking any person is strange is mostly because of the culture we've grown up in and what society tells us that we choose to believe. For example, "War Veteran" says she thinks it's strange if someone wears colors that don't match the season. I think it's strange to even care. In fact, I make little effort to match my clothes. But the unwritten rules of fashion say that you can't wear blue in the fall or whatever.

Strange is whatever you think it is, and really, I don't think it exists except for people who are actually mentally disturbed. Murderers and so on. But I don't think that being different is the same as being strange.

Everyone is strange in their own way I think. That is like asking "what is normal?" It is how one looks at it. Some act more like how other people act in public and others don't give a crap to what people think or do. Depends on social customs, and their mental status. Is everyone exactly the same? Do we all think the same way? Most people think that arranged marrages are "strange" today. But back then, it was concidered "normal." Some people are more "strange" than others but do they think so? What do they think is "normal"? The only normal person is yourself. To me I am the only normal person and everyone else is just weird. I think little differently and do some different things for I have Asperger's Syndrom. I don't feel strange. I feel like a human living on an alien planet, not the other way around. Everyone else is strange to me.

Strange to one person may be perfectly normal to another- when some say strange they just mean different- and in that respect we all are strange - or rather unique!

this is a wonderful thing for if we were all the same it would be a boring world!

It is strange to me that anyone would want to control another person or use another person for their own advantage. Abuse, manipulation, control, domination, those are strange to me because I think human beings as they are, are really interesting and valuable, much more fun than rats or monkeys! Let's learn from each other and quit trying to be right all the time.

Well - if someone is not like I am sometimes I think that they are strange but isn't that normal in a sense. I believe that we all think that we know the "right" way to do something and if someone believes otherwise then maybe they are considered "strange"....just a thought....

A person would be strange to me if I saw them talking to him/herself. I also would think someone is strange if they are wearing cloths that don't match the season.
