They're not, Ryan is too busy writing songs and taking singing lessons, Brendon is in singing lessons too, they're working on their next album and won't be touring until it is completly finished. Plus, hey just finished their "Nothing Rhymes With Circus" tour.

they're not. they just finished up their tour a couple months ago. they're taking a break and working on their next album.
