When I download skins from other sites, what folder do I put them under?

When I say where do I download them. I don't mean which sites to go too. I mean what folder do I put them in for them to work in the game?

after you have extracted the files then you can copy and paste, or just cut and paste, the files into the folder under- my documents, eagames, sims2, downloads. If you don't have a downloads folder there then just create a new folder there and name it "downloads"
