Normally I'd say lift weights (obviously), but since you said "possibly in 7th or 8th grade" I'm guess you're in 5th or 6th grade playing pee-wee football...if this is the case the answer is nothing....just grow little man, you're too young to be pounding the iron.

Bench press twice a week
Box squarts and pharrel squats
Drink protein shake before and after you work out

You lift weights .See how much you can bench and lift it about 4 times and take off 5 lbs every timeyou do 4 .keep going till you get to the bar

your too young to weight lift dude...really in jr. high all you need is a few barbells and to fine tune your agility and running strides and tackling form

well your probably to young to be lifting weights so there is no way i would advise that. so just ask your parents about adding more protein into your diet. then its up to you push ups, chin ups and sit ups
