Since t-mobile's carrier data is setup internally, I can't manually edit its Carrier Data Setting for use here in the PHILIPPINES. I'm using a local service here like SMART Telecoms where they have their own gprs and mms service so I have to setup the Carrier Data Settings to match theirs and use their service. PLEASE HELP ME!
Note:I have a USB phone to pc data link cable, I was wondering if I can edit the Carrier Data Settings using my data link cable through a specific program. Giving the site and/or the program to edit my Carrier Data Settings would also help.

You might be able to do this by replacing the T-Mobile mma files on your phone with the factory default/unbranded ones. This page will show you how to do that amongst other things:

The part about replacing the MMA files is mentioned in the FAQ under "How do I unbrand my phone without flexing?"

If this doesn't do it, you will have to flex your phone to the motorola factory default which should re-enable these settings that T-Mobile locks out. If you ever plan on using T-Mobile again, I'd back up your settings first or make sure that T-Mobile branded flashes/flexes are available (which they should be).
