Depending on the ages. When I had my daughters sleep over we watched movies and pigged out did hair nails etc... and I got to hear all of their personal info. (that's the real reason I have Sleep overs is so I can be Cool) I'm really being nosy in a new age way. They tell on one another listen you'll learn lots. Like if you need to worry or if you are okay.
We played hiding go seek at 2 in the morning I thought this would wear them out. It only gave them more energy I wouldn't suggest that. LOL

Six Degrees of Separation... take two movie stars and connnect them in 6 steps or less.
ex. Star A was in a movie with Star B who went to the Oscars with Star C who starred in a sitcom episode with Star D. Three steps between A and D = winner!
Hairstyling and nail polish parties are always fun. Baking cookies or something similar... teen trivia games...

Twister!! if you don't have the game make your own its always a fun game and most games depend on their age really but you could pop in a good movie or color i love coloring or have a fashion show in you living room

travel. u put tons of clothes in 2 sutecases and the person to put on all the clothes on then zip of the case and run back to the finish line wins!

pigs in a blanket
~all u do is get under a blanket and 1 persons the pig and then the "pig" trys to find u (every1 moves around the room then STOPS) and the "pig" feels around and when she touchs some1 they say "onke" in a wierd voice and the "pig" has to guess who it is
