I have to play with 13 and 14 year olds and I'm 4'9 and weigh about 87 pounds

practice, eat good and healthy, lift weights, run day early, and brush up by watch games with friends and family, go to a football camp or ask your dad if he played and maybe he will help you if he has im sure he would love to do that or play with some of your friends

well to start with you are taller then me and I am a girl and I am 13 years old and I play softball. One thing you can do to get better is practice more and you have to realize that you are smaller then everybody else and because of that you have to work harder then everyone else. You can also lift weights to get stronger. Well I hope this will help you out. It works for me.

You should do a lot of training. Start to hit the weight room and focus on the position that you really want to play. I believe you're very young and still have plenty of heights to grow. Don't give up dude

run a lot because speed kills...find a steep hill, and mark off 40 yards, and run up it as fast as you can . if possible, buy strength shoes to get quicker . dont focus on getting so big because that isn't all that football is about .

Wind sprints, light weight training, studying the game and lot's of practice!!!!

Eat more... Get bluky.... eat lots of protein!
