I worked as a boss for many years before retiring. From all I have heard from others, I was a good boss to work for. I was always honest with my employees and never had to raise my voice to anyone, so yes, I was a kind boss and never used vulgar language and I believe I would make a good boss to you. or anyone who work for me.

I was the boss and very kind. I never asked my employees to do something I wouldn't do myself.

I'm the coolest boss until you are not doing your job. Then it comes down to your job or mine and I can't loose mine for you to keep your when you aren't doing anything any way so then I get psycho.

I would be a kind boss, and not a micromanager (hate those!). As long as the work gets done, I don't care about when you come in and when you leave.

hi,
i was a boss and i was nice to them...they knew what their job was and they did it. i rarely had to reprimand anyone, even then i do so nicely and privately. and i worked as hard as they did.. we were like family, we socialized together, i was one of them, not above them. employees work their best in this atmosphere because they are happy.
