Here's one answer, although I know it's not correct:
Car - Vehicles
Doesn't really work because the plural of car is "cars" but oh well. Good question though.

I thought I had it, until I looked again and saw that you states "noun." "I" and its plural "we," don't share any letters, but they are pronouns. Big sigh.
