I just had my second period since child birth, my first wasn't really heavy just normal but it only lasted 4 days, but my second time...was EXTREMELY heavy. I know my body is still readjusting, but my question is...will my periods be like that from now on or what?

My first period after childbirth was light as well, but the second wa so heavy I freaked! Turns out it is completely normal. My periods after that and up to now are actually lighter AND shorter than before I gave birth! A blessing! I hope this helps but u should go back to normal or maybe even better than normal.

I just started mine and my baby is now 10 months old (we are nursing) it was very heavy, which is not a regular thing for me. Your periods should even out after a few months

NO, your periods should return to normal after a few more cycles. If you are breastfeeding things could be different also, your body will adjust. Different hormones are surfacing. Be patient.

Mine started back shorter than before, but I also started Birth control pills 2 weeks post-partum, maybe if you don't want anymore kids right away, try BC pill.
